Premier and rapidly growing commercial property management company in San Jose is looking for a Portfolio Property Accountant. The position will report directly to the CFO and work closely with the property management teams on issues such as lease and tenant management. Responsibilities include: month-end close, budget analysis, annual CAM billing, bank reconciliations and tenant lease processing and billing.

Ideal candidate will have 3+ years of prior property management accounting experience, Skyline accounting software experience, strong attention to detail and process, ability to manage multiple projects and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Associate or BA/BS degree in Accounting required.
