Sauce Labs, a small but growing San Francisco-based startup, is looking for an all-around awesome customer support engineer to join our team. At Sauce, our focus is on building automated and manual testing tools that speed up software development and drastically cut down on release cycle time. If you love interacting with customers and care deeply about changing how software development is done, then we’d like to hear from you.

This position will involve learning the ins and outs of our cloud-based Selenium service to assist in debugging customer issues; answering a variety of service and account-related questions from potential users and current customers; having close interactions with our development team on high complexity issues; and helping to build out a support strategy as we scale our product and company.

If you have a mid to high level technical background, impeccable written and spoken communication skills, the ability to work independently to solve problems, and an interest in working for a startup, get in touch. Knowledge of Python, Javascript, HTML, or any other mainstream programming language, and/or knowledge of Selenium or a similar automated testing tool are BIG pluses.
